Holding a Bachelor’s degree from an elite institution in a discipline directly cognate to their advisory focus, secured with a minimum of Upper Second-Class (2:1) Honours, with a strict preference for First-Class standing.

3. Demonstrate Absolute Subject Mastery
Having consolidated their expertise through targeted postgraduate specialisation strictly aligned with their teaching discipline to guarantee uncompromising academic depth. This is a strict requirement should their undergraduate major lie in a non-cognate field.
