Drawing upon Kato and Mynard’s established framework of Reflective Dialogue, and having spearheaded a university-funded Teaching Development Grant (TDG) project on advising in language learning, Albert developed and trained a specialised team of learning advisors. His mandate was not to ‘teach’ language, but to guide top-tier scholars in conceptualising their own learning frictions while developing responsive strategies to overcome them.
By forensically examining their documented language production, academic demands, and professional needs, he engineered specific, data-driven action plans. This exact methodology, refined at the highest echelons of tertiary academia, now forms the cornerstone of our advisory practice.

The data-driven approach within our framework is rooted in Johnson’s doctoral research and his definitive thesis on Factor Adjusted Total Connectivity.
